  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard estimates are:

  • USA Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • USA Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • International Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days

  • International Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Manraiz Fashions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in the process where possible.

  • Delays due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues are beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, and the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed, we cannot make any changes.
